It's simple... choose any 2 from our 15 flavors of scratch made cakes, choose a frosting, a house made mousse or jam, then a topping or two for the aesthetic! Sweeten things up and ask about our cake flights!

The Cake Bar was established in 2025 by 3 New Braunfels natives. We are family owned and operated in the heart of downtown New Braunfels. What started as a passion for creating trendy desserts quickly became The Cake Bar, a place where you can build your dream slice of cake and enjoy a coffee.
